They both seem to convey a message of enthusiasm and creativity, but of course the image of the young lady at the computer lends itself more to interpretation.
I think I’d like to be the right image, but alas, I’m a zombie. However, for someone who gets about 7+ hours of sleep every night, I think that first image is misleading.
